I am renting a room with a living room and a private bathroom on the first floor.
Hello, I'm renting a private room with a private bathroom for a working woman. The room is furnished and has a large window. A large living room with a fireplace is available for use. The owner lives on the second floor, and the only shared space is the entrance to the house and the kitchen just behind it. The living room opens onto the garden, a wooden deck with a nice tent, chairs, and a small table. I travel to Poland every December for 4-5 months, so I'm looking for a clean and responsible woman. The location is Winston Churchill/Dundas, 2 minutes from the Starsky store. Parking is available for an additional small fee, negotiable. Parking without parking is $850, all utilities, including internet, are included. Przemek 6478388343
