Location (on site): Cudahy, CA 90201 USA40 hours week / Monday to FridayHourly $17 to $19/hrs. or OBO depends on experience.benefits: sick payAbout position;Coordinate for efficient shipping schedule with inland trucking company and port trucking company and provide all necessary information or documentation to steam line and freight forwarder. Good to have experience of logistics or export and import but not necessary. we will train you.Responsivities:* coordinate export booking and arranging drayage schedule with Port trucking company and shipping team.* coordinate export documentation and communicate with steam line and freight forwarder* coordinate import documentation and arranging drayage schedule with port trucking company and shipping team.* communicate with oversea Consignees and Shippers and provide their necessary documents.* coordinate incoming and outgoing trucking schedule with inland trucking company and shipping team* prepare packing list with shipping team and feedback to sales, production, shipping team* maintain all shipment documents in order and tracking Requirement:* Must be able to speak and write and read in English, Spanish are plus* Must be able to have basic computer knowledge with Gmail, basic Excel and google sheets etc.LEGAL REQUIREMENTS* Must be able to legally work in the United States and provide documentation (2 forms of ID and/or Green Card) * Must be able to sit and stand at length (up to 8 hours) * Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds * Must be able to kneel, bend, and squat Please send us your resume and inquiry of interest to email remaginellcgg@gmail.com
